Harris Expands Its Suite of Consulting Services to Provide New Solutions to Its Clients

Harris & Associates is pleased to announce the formation of a new Strategic Services Group, expanding the firm’s award-winning design, finance, environmental, and construction management offerings. This new branch of Harris’ existing consulting division, will deliver six new services to better serve its clients. This new suite of services includes:

  • Advisory Services to help agencies improve the bandwidth and efficiency of their agency, and provide decision-making tools for actionable insights
  • Risk + Resilience services to help community leaders build infrastructure resilience through a tailored approach that manages risk and charts a streamlined path through the complexities of our interconnected systems
  • Utility Funding guidance to identify strategies for long-term revenue generation and capital funding, including grant funding and administration, to meet the goals of your utility
  • Master Planning assistance for water agencies, taking a holistic, stakeholder driven approach to build an implementable plan that will drive key decisions around operations, capital improvement projects, and funding for the long term
  • Asset Management services, to help water and education agencies take a data-driven, "best value first" approach to managing critical system maintenance and upgrades
  • Program Management services to assist water and education agencies deliver capital programs under challenging circumstances

Senior Director Ann Hajnosz, PE will lead the new group, drawing from more than 30 years of consulting and financial experience with water, wastewater, electric, and solid waste utilities. Her team is comprised of multi-disciplinary experts throughout California and Washington with decades of experience across the water and education sectors. Senior Director Roger Kohne, PE is a 25-year water industry veteran specializing in the design and construction of water treatment and distribution infrastructure. Director Eric Vaughan, is a resilience and climate change expert with more than 10 years of environmental and water resource development expertise across multiple continents. Senior Project Manager and Rates Analyst Karyn Johnson brings over 30 years of financial analysis and ratemaking experience. And finally Ken Leep brings over 25 years of emergency management and grant writing experience to the team.
