Harris & Associates welcomes Marcus Fuller as the new Project Director of our Program and Construction Management team. Marcus brings nearly thirty years of experience in delivering public works programs.
He served at the executive level as City Manager and Assistant City Manager for several cities in Southern California and has a deep level of experience in a variety of roles serving municipalities. A licensed civil engineer and land surveyor, Marcus’ unique background and understanding of the public sector make him highly qualified to act as a trusted advisor on the high-profile projects Harris & Associates manages for cities and agencies throughout California.
