Kate Elliott Giberson Joins Harris & Associates as Director of Environmental Services

Harris & Associates is pleased to welcome Kate Elliott Giberson as Director of Environmental Services. Harris launched its environmental services practice in November 2015 and has continued to grow this in-demand service.

Kate has over 25 years of experience in business development and project management of CEQA and NEPA compliance documents for development and infrastructure projects. Her expertise includes residential, park, water/sewer, pipeline, transportation and Caltrans projects.

As a part of Harris’ environmental services practice, Kate joins fellow Director Diane Sandman and a team of qualified environmental impact report (EIR) project managers. She will be based in Harris’ Salinas office, expanding Harris’ environmental services within the Northern and Central Coast region.

Kate is a member of the American Planning Association and Association of Environmental Professionals. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in geography from University of California, Berkeley and a Master’s in urban geography from University of California, Davis.
