Irvine, Calif. — Harris & Associates is pleased to announce the promotion of Elizabeth “Liz” Reyes, PE, PMP, QSD/QSP, to Director of Southern California Engineering Transportation. In this role, Reyes will lead Harris’ Southern California Engineering Transportation team, supporting staff and clients across the region while advancing the firm’s transportation, sewer drainage, and public works services.

Liz brings nearly 25 years of project management and engineering experience, including 22 years with Harris. Most recently, she served as Senior Manager in Engineering Transportation in the firm's Irvine office. Her background includes delivering transportation, drainage, streetscape, sewer, and public works projects for cities, counties, and utility clients throughout California, with notable experience on California High-Speed Rail Construction Package 1 and the Port of Long Beach Harbor Scenic Drive Roadway Improvement Project.
