Harris & Associates Promotes Liz Reyes to Director of Southern California Engineering Transportation

Irvine, CA - Harris & Associates is pleased to announce the promotion of Elizabeth “Liz” Reyes, PE, PMP, QSD/QSP, to Director of Southern California Engineering Transportation.

“Liz’s technical expertise, client focus, and deep understanding of Harris’ work make her exceptionally well-suited to lead our Southern California Engineering Transportation team,” said Marcus Fuller, Vice President of Engineering. “Her leadership will provide continuity for our staff and clients while strengthening our ability to deliver practical, high-quality infrastructure solutions.”


Reyes brings nearly 25 years of project management and engineering experience, including 22 years with Harris. Most recently, she served as Senior Manager in Engineering Transportation in the firm’s Irvine office. Her background includes delivering transportation, drainage, streetscape, stormwater, sewer, and public works projects for cities, counties, and utility clients throughout California.


Her portfolio includes California High-Speed Rail Construction Package 1, Monterey County’s 27-mile Jolon Road Rehabilitation and Shoulder Improvements project, the City of Los Angeles Alameda South Corridor Widening Project, the Port of Long Beach Harbor Scenic Drive Roadway Improvement Project, the City of Torrance Pacific Coast Highway at Hawthorne Boulevard Intersection Improvements, and the City of Huntington Beach Oak View Streetscape Project. Her experience also includes award-winning drainage and public works projects, such as the City of Rancho Palos Verdes McCarrell Drainage System Design and the San Ramon Canyon Storm Drain System.
