Harris & Associates is proud to announce the appointment of two distinguished professionals to its Board of Directors and the addition of a purpose-driven leader to its Executive Leadership Team. These strategic appointments reflect Harris' commitment to expanding its collective expertise, fostering visionary leadership, and advancing innovative solutions that build equitable, resilient, and sustainable communities.

Nancy Pridal, PE, ENV-SP, Joins Board of Directors

Nancy Pridal brings over 30 years of experience in the civil engineering industry. As an accomplished CEO and Chair of the Board, Nancy is known for her forward-thinking mindset and ability to drive strategy and organizational change. Her extensive experience spans P&L leadership, strategic and succession planning, and human capital management. Nancy's career began at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, followed by nearly three decades at Lamp Rynearson, where she served as CEO for nearly eight years. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Nebraska and a Master of Leadership degree from the College of St. Mary. "Joining Harris feels like a natural step in my journey to make a meaningful impact," said Nancy. “I'm excited to work with a team that shares my passion for creating sustainable communities.”

Dominique Shelton Leipzig Joins Board of Directors

Dominique Shelton Leipzig, CEO of Global Data Innovation, is a nationally recognized thought leader in AI governance, cybersecurity, and data leadership. With over 30 years of legal experience, Dominique has advised Fortune 500 companies, the White House, and global organizations on data risk and opportunity. She is the author of four books, including the national bestseller Trust: Responsible AI, Innovation, Privacy, and Data Leadership. Dominique’s work empowers organizations to build AI and data programs that drive innovation responsibly, while upholding trust, compliance, and long-term business success. "I'm thrilled to join Harris and contribute to their innovative approach to community development,” said Dominique. “It's an exciting opportunity to blend trustworthy and responsible AI with sustainable growth.”

Diane Sandman, AICP, Joins Executive Leadership Team

Diane Sandman has been appointed Division President of Consulting at Harris & Associates and joins the firm’s Executive Leadership Team. Diane brings more than 20 years of experience supporting community development and infrastructure projects across California, working closely with local, state, and federal agencies. Her deep expertise in environmental sciences, strategic planning, and interagency coordination has made her a trusted advisor to clients and colleagues alike. In her new role, Diane will oversee Harris’ Environmental Planning + Compliance, Municipal + District Finance, and Community Development + Housing business units. “Leading the Consulting Division at Harris & Associates is a tremendous honor,” said Diane. “I’m eager to collaborate with our talented team to advance our Purpose of building equitable, resilient, and sustainable communities.”
