Harris & Associates has once again received recognition as a Top Workplace from The Bay Area News Group! Harris was one of only 83 companies that made this year’s list, which is compiled based solely on employee survey feedback gathered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools.

The anonymous survey includes 24 base statements capturing responses across four workplace culture imperatives: alignment, connection, coaching, and performance. The survey also measures employee satisfaction with engagement, leadership, and basics such as compensation and flexibility.
