Harris & Associates was named one of the Top Workplaces for 2020 by the San Diego Union-Tribune. This is the third consecutive year Harris received this accolade. Companies are selected for the Top Workplaces list based on employee feedback gathered from an anonymous survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC.
“Making the list again feels extra special this year considering the historic challenges our society faced and the extraordinary effects on the business world,” said Lisa Larrabee, CEO of Harris & Associates. “We always strive to do best by our employee owners, and their resilience and character throughout 2020 were nothing short of remarkable.”
“We always put people first at Harris and I am thrilled our employee owners in San Diego feel so good about working at Harris!” said Michelle White, Chief People Officer, of Harris & Associates.
The Energage survey measures 15 drivers indicative of engaged corporate cultures and successful organizations, such as alignment, execution, and connection.
“In times of great change, it is more important than ever to maintain a connection among employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “When you give your employees a voice, you come together to navigate challenges and shape your path forward based on real-time insights into what works best for your organization. The Top Workplaces program can be that positive outcome your company rallies around in the coming months to celebrate leadership and the importance of maintaining an employee-focused culture.”
Harris has focused its culture on a core set of shared values that include leading by example, working smarter together, building stronger communities, and investing in the success of its people. Across many office, locations, and jobsites, the employee owners form “One Harris” with a collaborative mindset and common desire to work on projects that make a difference.
