For the second year in a row, Harris & Associates has received Top Workplaces honors from The San Diego Union-Tribune. The 2019 list of organizations is based solely on employee survey feedback gathered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools.

The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few. Only 85 companies made this year’s list.
