Harris & Associates is proud to welcome Michelle White as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. She will engage employees across the company with programs that support their development and foster an inspiring work environment.
Michelle joins the Harris Executive Leadership Team with nearly 30 years of experience in strategy design and execution, talent and succession planning, leadership development, mentoring and coaching, and more. An expert in employee engagement and organizational development, she has led large HR teams and managed thousands of employees in locations across the country.

Among Michelle’s many career highlights, she established a firm’s HR Business Partner model which inspired a more consultative organization, streamlined performance management systems, developed on-demand resources to support high-performing teams, launched programs to improve leaders’ coaching capabilities, and leveraged analytics to inform employee planning and growth strategies.
Away from the office, in the spirit of encouraging people to be their best, Michelle teaches a spin class.
