Bio
Luis Flores is an experienced Construction Manager based in the Salinas office, with over a decade of experience delivering commercial construction projects in Northern California. Holding a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Luis brings a robust technical foundation in building systems, energy infrastructure, and system coordination.
Prior to joining Harris, Luis gained invaluable leadership and procurement experience as an Owner Representative at Amazon, where he represented one of the world’s largest logistics and e-commerce companies. His previous role as a project manager for a general contractor in Silicon Valley further sharpened his expertise in development, construction operations and field issue resolution.
With a proactive management approach, Luis utilizes his expertise in program controls, change management, MEP coordination, and root-cause analysis to mitigate risks and drive successful project outcomes. As a trusted construction management partner, he prioritizes clear communication and transparency, ensuring consistent, predictable results.
