On January 1, 2024, Harris & Associates (Harris) appointed Michelle White as the firm’s new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Michelle brings strong business acumen, deep industry knowledge, and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams to the role. She’s served as Harris’ Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Consulting Division President since 2021. Michelle joined Harris in 2018 as Chief People Officer, heading the firm’s Human Resources, Learning and Development, Information Technology, and Administrative functions.
“Michelle is a strategic and inclusive leader, the ideal choice to guide Harris into the future,” said outgoing CEO, Steve Winchester, who will serve on the Board of Directors until later in 2024. “Her planned promotion to CEO honors our succession strategy and ensures continuity for our clients and project teams. We’re all eager for Michelle to shepherd Harris’ next phase of growth."
