The Orange County Register has named Harris & Associates one of the “Top Workplaces” in Orange County for 2022. The Register awards the Top Workplace distinction to companies based on anonymous employee feedback collected through a survey conducted by Energage, a Pennsylvania-based software firm.

The survey measures more than a dozen aspects of workplace culture critical to high employee satisfaction and an organization’s success, including alignment, execution, and connection. Harris has received Top Workplace recognition for consecutive years in San Diego and the San Francisco Bay Area. This is the first such honor for Orange County.
