For the fifth consecutive year, the San Diego Union-Tribune has named Harris & Associates one of its Top Workplaces. The 2022 award is based on employee satisfaction and declares Harris & Associates to be among the highest regarded employers in the San Diego area.

Companies named among the Top Workplaces experience less turnover, attract higher quality talent, and produce better financial results. The study measures more than a dozen aspects of workplace culture critical to an organization’s success, including alignment, execution, and connection.

The Union-Tribune awards the title of Top Workplace based on anonymous employee feedback collected through a third-party survey conducted by Energage, a Pennsylvania-based software firm.
