Harris & Associates proudly shares that the San Francisco Chronicle has named the firm a Top Workplace in the San Francisco Bay Area for the third time in the past four years.

The firm was one of only 126 companies to make this year’s list, which is compiled based solely on employee feedback gathered through an anonymous survey administered by the San Francisco Chronicle.

“We are especially pleased to receive this recognition during a period when we are changing how we approach work,” said Steve Winchester, CEO of Harris & Associates. “As the pandemic entered a new phase, we transitioned to a hybrid work model and collaborated with our employees to find new ways to do business that allow for maximum flexibility and excellent work products while prioritizing employee safety.”

The award also reflects Harris’ ongoing commitment to bringing together individuals from diverse backgrounds, opinions, and perspectives. 46% of the firm’s employee owners and 37% of its leaders (managers and above) are people of color. Women comprise 39% of leaders and 43% of the board of directors.
