Accomplished Program Manager Mark Nassar Joins Harris & Associates

San Diego, CA – 

Harris & Associates is pleased to announce that Mark Nassar has joined the firm in the role of Director of Program and Construction Management. With nearly 30 years of experience as a program and project manager in public works, Mark has overseen the coordination and execution of high-profile Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) programs and citywide asset management strategies.

As a civil engineer with an MBA, Mark will help Harris clients prioritize and complete projects by calling on a unique combination of hands-on field experience and an understanding of far-reaching implications.

Before joining Harris, Mark spent a decade as a Deputy Director for the City of San Diego’s Engineering & Capital Projects Department. While there, he chaired the City CIP Project Control Committee, led several project delivery process improvements, and managed teams of up to 800 employees across multiple divisions.
