Premier A/E/C advisor Environmental Financial Consulting Group (EFCG) has invited Harris & Associates CEO Lisa Larrabee to contribute to its 28th Annual CEO Conference in New York City, November 1–3.
Lisa will be among 250 fellow CEOs representing A/E/C firms of all sizes. Each year, the invitation-only conference spotlights pressing issues to help executives better manage their firms’ leadership, strategy, finances, profitability, and funding.
Lisa will join industry counterparts for the conference’s Friday morning panel discussion, which explores several issues of importance to the field including continuing to try to solve the employee-ownership conundrum with a focus on cultural advantages, ownership transitions, leadership transition, and Board Governance. Lisa will also present strategies for successful leadership succession, firm transformations, and share lessons learned along the way for integrating executives from outside an organization.
