Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage
All part- and full-time employees working at least 20 hours a week are entitled to receive medical, dental, and vision insurance. These benefits begin on your first month following employment and cover you and your eligible dependents, such as spouses, domestic partners and biological, step and adopted children up to age 26.
- PPO Medical & Prescription Drug Coverage: We offer a comprehensive Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plan
- HMO Medical & Prescription Drug Coverage: For California employees we offer an HMO Plan through Kaiser
- We offer one opt-out plan to employees eligible for benefits who waive the right to receive health insurance coverage (medical, dental, vision) because they already have coverage elsewhere
Basic Life and AD&D Insurance
Insurance is an important part of your financial security, especially if others depend on you for support. That's why Harris provides all eligible employees with Basic Long Term Disability and Life and AD&D Insurance and the opportunity to purchase additional Supplemental LTD and Life.
Supplemental Life and AD&D Insurance
If you need additional protection beyond the Basic Life/AD&D Insurance provided to you at no cost, you may purchase Supplemental Life and AD&D Insurance for yourself and your dependents. Dependents are only eligible if you also enroll. Supplemental life insurance is a voluntary benefit and is employee-specific. Enrollees should refer to the plan Summary Plan Document for eligibility requirements, plan limitations and additional information and rates. The insurance premiums are paid by the employee through payroll deduction. Cost to You: Employee Pre-Tax Contributions *Per Pay Period Cost
Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
Flexible Spending Accounts are a great way to pay for health care, dependent care, parking or mass transit expenses on a pretax basis, saving you money on eligible expenses.
Health & Wellness Allowance
Harris & Associates provides employees with a Health/Well-being Allowance benefit of up to $200 per calendar year. Expenses made in the spirit of exercise, good health and personal well-being. Examples of eligible items include, but are not limited to gym memberships, yoga mats, sports lessons, etc. Employees who have completed their introductory period (three months) are eligible for this allowance. Part-time employees with benefits will receive a prorated amount.
$5,250 Annual Learning Stipend
Unleash your potential with $5,250 annually to begin or return to a degree program or to pursue job-related certifications or licenses. In addition to the $5,250 stipend, Harris also pays for certification and license renewals and registrations, and professional development seminars and conferences.

Paid Time Off (PTO)
We encourage everyone to take sufficient time off to relax and recharge because we know that striking the right work/life balance is vital to success. As a benefit-eligible employee, you start accruing PTO on your first day.
