  • PPO Medical & Prescription Drug Coverage: We offer a comprehensive Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plan.

Voluntary Life and AD&D Insurance

Health & Wellness Allowance

You deserve to thrive. Harris offers benefit-eligible employees a Health/Well-being Allowance of up to $300 per calendar year. Use this benefit to offset your exercise, good health, and personal well-being expenses.

Educational Reimbursement

Unleash your potential at Harris with up to $5,250 annually to begin or return to a degree program or to pursue job-related certifications or licenses. 

On top of the $5,250 stipend for eligible employees, Harris also pays for certification and license renewals and registrations, and professional development seminars and conferences.
