Harris Welcomes Frank S. Lopez, PE, QSD/P as New Market Director
Frank Lopez, PE, QSD/P welcomes Harris & Associates as a Market Director of Community Services. Frank will work with city, county and state agencies, special districts and regulatory bodies to administer capital improvement programs, augment staff, secure funding, and more.

His knowledge of water resources design and stormwater regulations will be a great asset to these owners."
Prior to joining Harris, Frank worked on major hydraulic analyses, drainage plans and stormwater programs throughout California, with an emphasis in the San Luis Obispo and Monterey County regions. He has a wide breadth of experience in coordinating with municipalities, federal agencies and project teams, including assisting public clients with grant applications, such as Proposition 84 and FEMA Mitigation grants.
Frank is dedicated to his profession, currently serving as the president of the APWA Monterey Bay Chapter. He has also been an active member of the San Luis Obispo County Technical Advisory Committee on Low Impact Development (LID) and Hydromodification, as well as an active member of the Central Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board Joint Effort Review Team.
