The San Diego Union-Tribune has named Harris & Associates one of its Top Workplaces for 2023. Honoring the firm for the sixth consecutive year, the award recognizes Harris & Associates as one of San Diego’s most highly regarded employers, based on employee feedback.

The Tribune uses survey data collected by Energage, a Pennsylvania-based software firm, to select its winners. Their study evaluates over a dozen aspects of workplace culture that play a critical role in its success, including alignment, execution, and connection. Recipients typically have lower turnover rates, stronger financial results, and attract higher-quality talent.
