Harris & Associates has announced the addition of Elisa M. Speranza to its Board of Directors. A recognized water industry leader, Speranza has spent more than three decades working in various roles for organizations in the public, private, and non-profit sectors.   

She brings to Harris a wealth of governance and oversight experience, having served on the boards of Fortune 500 global project management firm CH2M HILL (acquired by Jacobs in 2017), the American Water Works Association, Water For People, and other associations and non-profits. She currently serves as an independent director for H2O Innovation, Inc., a publicly-traded company, and the Northeast Power Coordinating Council, Inc.

Speranza joins Harris’ board as the successor of Cynthia Paul, an accomplished market strategy consultant who served on the board for seven years. “We are grateful to Cynthia for her service and the countless ways she made us a better company during her tenure,” said Larrabee.  

Speranza earned a master’s in public administration from the Harvard Kennedy School and a bachelor’s in political science from Boston College. A native Bostonian, she has lived in New Orleans since 2002 and spends summers in Oak Bluffs, Massachusetts.
