Harris & Associates is proud to announce a change of address for its Irvine office. As of March 6, 2023, Harris will work from a new location in Innovation Office Park.

The move represents a significant cultural upgrade, reflecting Harris’ commitment to its hybrid work plan by giving employee-owners flexibility around their work schedules and lowering our carbon footprint by reducing their vehicle miles traveled—aligning with our Vision to build equitable, resilient, and sustainable communities. “It’s the perfect example of how we live one of our shared values, investing in our people,” said Harris Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer Steve Winchester. “We see tremendous potential in this unique space, which better suits the needs of our employee-owners.”

“This new office gives us more flexibility and perfectly accommodates our efficient hybrid work plan,” said Harris Chief Operating Officer and Consulting Division President Michelle White. “It shifts the focus to our people in support of community while inviting collaboration and fun.”

In addition to promoting flexibility, the new Innovation Office Park site offers conveniences and perks to employees through its proximity to a fitness center, retail shops, and other destinations.

“We’re all looking forward to having this new base of operations from which we can continue serving our clients in Irvine and the surrounding region,” said Winchester. “Upgrades like this can go a long way toward boosting productivity and morale, which benefits everyone.”

Harris is headquartered in Concord, California, and has multiple offices throughout California as well as in Washington and Nevada.
