Following receiving Top Workplace honors in San Diego, Harris & Associates recently received a Top Workplaces honor from The Bay Area News Group. The 2019 list of organizations is based solely on employee survey feedback gathered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools.

The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few. Only 85 companies made this year’s list.
