Harris Names Jasmine Cuffee Practice Director and Manager of Civil Design
Harris & Associates has promoted Jasmine Cuffee, PE to Practice Director and Manager of Civil Design. Jasmine will work closely with the firm's civil design group to manage design projects throughout the western United States.
Jasmine has been with Harris for more than 20 years, overseeing a variety of public sector design projects in the municipal and water/wastewater markets. Her extensive design experience includes street, sewer and storm drain rehabilitation, as well as managing schedules and budgets, and coordinating subconsultants and utilities. Her current projects include the City of Monterey's $16.8 million sewer rehabilitation program, as well as the Marin County's Civic Center Drive Improvements project, which will provide pedestrian and safety improvements, such as new bike facilities, pedestrian paths, and a roundabout along a National Historical site.

Jasmine is active in many professional associations, including the Bay Area Water Works Association, Filipino America Society of Architects and Engineers and North Bay Engineers Club. She earned a B.S. in civil engineering from University of California, Davis.
