Jasmine Cuffee has spent more than 20 years of her distinguished career at Harris, where she has spearheaded projects in transportation and water/wastewater management. She routinely served as project manager, coordinating diverse agencies and stakeholders, while overseeing the preparation of specifications and cost estimates to meet the needs of the communities she serves.
Jasmine’s leadership skills proved invaluable as she managed the recent $6 million Civic Center Drive Circulation Improvements Project in San Rafael, California. She successfully balanced the needs of drivers, pedestrians and bicyclists in an innovative and environmentally friendly solution.
Bobby Pentorali brings more than 10 years of transportation expertise to his new leadership role at Harris. An unparalleled multi-tasker, he can shift gears between environmental compliance, public outreach, contract dispute resolution and development of project staff at a moment’s notice.
As Senior Project Engineer, Bobby provided technical oversight for key phases of the $985 million California High-Speed Rail Authority’s Construction Package 1. And his foresight has helped to resolve dangerous traffic conditions at one of the Monterey Peninsula’s main traffic corridors, with the new Holman Highway 68/State Route 1 project near Pacific Grove.
“Jasmine and Bobby combine all the traits we value in our leaders,” notes CEO and President Lisa Larrabee of Harris & Associates. “They always have their primary focus on our clients, whether they’re on the jobsite, helping civic leaders find needed funding or envisioning bold new solutions to vexing community problems.”
