Harris & Associates is pleased to announce it has entered into a strategic alliance with NCS Engineers in order to expand the firm’s design capabilities in the water market.

The alliance covers the design of water and wastewater treatment facilities, as well as master planning and asset management for water and wastewater agencies, districts and municipalities throughout California.
