Once again, Harris & Associates has been recognized by the Orange County Register as one of the “Top Workplaces” in 2023. Each year, the Register uses anonymous employee feedback to determine which local companies earn the distinction.

This is the second year in a row that Harris has received this honor in Orange County. Out of approximately 100,000 total businesses in the county, only 146 made this year's list, and Harris placed 33rd in our category! The firm has also been named a Top Workplace in San Diego and the San Francisco Bay Area. These distinctions are awarded to firms that have lower turnover rates, better financial results, and attract higher quality talent.

The Register uses Energage, a Pennsylvania-based software firm, to collect the survey data. Employees offer feedback on over a dozen aspects of their workplaces, including alignment, execution, and connection. These are the cultural aspects that are most important for an organization’s success and employee satisfaction.
