Increasing Fiscal Sustainability for a Local City

Harris has provided a diverse array of financial engineering services to the City of Sacramento since 2001. Most recently, Harris was involved in the North Natomas Finance Plan Update, the Railyards Finance Plan Update, the Jacinto Creek Finance Plan Update, the annual administration of the City’s special tax districts, re-engineering of an assessment district, and several reimbursement audits.
