Harris & Associates sponsored Habitat Great San Francisco's second annual Framing the Future Breakfast
Harris & Associates gathered with other local Bay Area businesses, volunteers and community stakeholders to attend the second annual Framing the Future breakfast hosted by Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco. The breakfast took place at the Sharon Heights Country Club in Menlo Park and featured keynote speaker Claire Díaz-Ortiz, Twitter's social innovation leader, and guest speaker Kalimah Salahuddin, a volunteer with Habitat Greater SF.
Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco is celebrating 25 years of building homes for Bay Area families. At the breakfast, the organization premiered its "25 Years Building Forward" video that highlights some of the families Habitat has helped over the years.
Similarly, Harris is celebrating its 40th anniversary. For four decades, Harris has been helping build stronger communities. To honor this tradition, Harris partnered with Habitat for Humanity in 2014 to help advance Habitat’s vision of a world where everyone has a decent place to live. In addition to sponsoring the Framing the Future breakfast, Harris is participating in three team builds as part of the company's partnership with Habitat. The builds took place in Escondido and Los Angeles this fall, with the last build located in Martinez in the spring of 2015.
