The Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017, Senate Bill (SB) 1, provides the first significant, stable, and on-going increase in state transportation funding in more than two decades. The Legislature has increased revenues and expanded the California Transportation Commission’s (CTC) role to provide transparent oversight and accountability for transportation infrastructure investments.
