Project Manager / Environmental Services
Sharon cares deeply about two kinds of environment: the one that surrounds us all and the one among her staff. She protects the first one with her skillful analysis and writing skills on projects. She safeguards the second with her passion for quality and collaboration.
She joined Harris’s Environmental Services team with extensive experience as an environmental analyst and project manager. Sharon excels at helping clients comply with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act; her focus is noise, air quality and greenhouse gas emissions within the context of CEQA.
Sharon has contributed to the environmental documentation and technical analysis for dozens of projects, including university development, multi-use development, coastal development, planned communities, redevelopment and infrastructure.
Her proudest achievement to date was her first big project win with the City of Murrieta. She built the client relationship from scratch and spent months prepositioning and preparing the proposal. Her hard work landed the contract within 24 hours of the interview. She will build on this success to tackle even larger challenges with her Harris team.
When she’s not focused on helping clients, you’re likely to find her relaxing at a dog beach with her husband and toddler.

I’m excited to work for an employee-owned firm with people who really care about their work and the company. The enthusiasm and positivity is contagious, and I think clients can feel it too.
